What worries me though, is how did the assignment of all the labels in all the images in a folder get synched to every image in that folder? Correcting this takes ages and in some cases is very hard to do. I would then have to close Photo Supreme and reopen it to complete the synching. There seemed to be no relation to the number of files synching. I then snyched the files in groups and sometimes the synching worked and sometimes it just hung. I then went through the two folders of files and corrected the catalog labels (which was a pain, but nice to go through the images!). What I also did do was turn off the "Automatically write out Catalog changes to the file", which at least gives me control over what is going on. The Sync Write Direct script did work for individual files and showed something like 0.28 seconds per image, but was not reliable on multiple files. The previews can be stored in the size that you prefer, from small to large ones, up to 1680 pixels. Then, even if your images are physically located on your network, they travel with you. I followed Hert's advice above, but the problem still persists. With Photo Supreme you can store previews of your images inside the database. I would think on my system, it should be super responsive, but maybe I have too many images? I am running version 5., on a Ryzen 3700X (GIGABYTE X570 AORUS PRO), with 32 GB memory, GTX 1050Ti and Windows and Photo Supreme are running on SSDs. I think Photo Supreme is great, but unfortunately the current problems mean that it is nearly unusable. I always send them on, as I appreciate the developers need this information, but again it is another frustration. I have noticed over the past year that access violations have become more common. I have not knowingly done this and it is really frustrating to try to correct this, especially as the hanging synching process is also creating problems. Very strangely I have recently had the problem of all the labels in every image in some folders are being applied to all the images in that folder. PS does not show any CPU or disk activity when this happens - just memory usage. Sometimes closing and restarting the software helps, but sometimes not. This happens on a few or when trying to sync many images. Photo Supreme provides users method to sort images effective, logical, as well as edit and share your photos. With Photo Supreme you can arrange, manage back stock photo archive of yourself and share them with you here and relatives easily via Email or Facebook. It gets stuck on 0.0% or gets so far and then hangs. Photo Supreme is a software product management professional pictures of idimager. I have been using Idimager and Photo Supreme for many years and I recently noticed problems that make it very difficult to work with.įirstly, the Synchronize Service hangs repeatedly.
